- Misrepresentation of Product: If the product description or specifications provided by the Tutor are significantly inaccurate or misleading, the User is eligible for a refund. The User must contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with a clear explanation and supporting evidence.
- Duplicate Purchase: If the User accidentally makes duplicate purchases of the same product, they may be eligible for a refund of the duplicated charge. Users must contact customer support within 14 days of purchase to request the refund.
